Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms govern the conditions, procedures, and rights and obligations between users and Pet Style AI (the "Service") for the AI-powered pet grooming style generation service.

Article 2 — Services Provided

The Service provides the following features:

• AI-based pet breed, mood, and fur condition analysis
• Generation and visualization of various grooming style images
• Download of generated images (using browser save functionality)

Article 3 — User Obligations

• You may only upload photos of your own pet or a pet for which you hold the rights.
• You must not use others' photos or copyrighted images without authorization.
• You must not use the Service commercially without permission or generate excessive API requests.
• You must not engage in activities that interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
• You must not use generated images for illegal or unethical purposes.

Article 4 — Intellectual Property

The copyright of images generated through the Service follows the rights of the original uploaded image. Intellectual property rights to the Service's own design, logo, UI, and software belong to Pet Style AI.

Article 5 — Service Restrictions & Suspension

The Service may restrict or suspend access in the following cases:

• System maintenance, updates, or failures
• User violation of these Terms
• Operational necessity

The Service is provided free of charge and does not guarantee availability. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or quality of AI-generated results.

Article 6 — Disclaimer

The Service makes no guarantee of the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated images. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of generated images. We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure or system failures.

Article 7 — Advertising

The Service may display advertisements through third-party platforms such as Google AdSense. Advertising content is provided by third parties and is unrelated to the Service.

Article 8 — Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated as necessary, and changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Article 9 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts.
